As part of a rebranding effort, Cornell’s long-established school seal was revitalized and made the cornerstone of a clear visual and verbal identity system that emphasizes the “Cornell University” name and unites it with the many diverse schools that make up this Ivy League university. Two renditions of the modernized seal were created—a more elaborate version for ceremonial use and a distilled version that is widely used in digital media
